1. Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have statutory rights when purchasing from VisioonTech:

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • You have 14 calendar days from receipt to cancel your order without reason
  • You must notify us of cancellation within this period
  • You then have 14 days to return the goods
  • We will refund within 14 days of receiving returned items

2. How to Return Items

Step 2: Package Items

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Use our returns label if provided

3. Return Costs

  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: We pay return shipping
  • Warranty Claims: We pay return shipping

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returns
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Original delivery costs refunded (unless change of mind)
  • Email confirmation sent when refund is processed

5. Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty, you can choose:

  • First 30 days: Full refund or replacement
  • After 30 days: Repair, replacement, or partial refund
  • After 6 months: You may need to prove the fault existed at purchase

6. Warranty

  • All products come with manufacturer warranty
  • Warranty periods vary by product (stated on product pages)
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not wear and tear
  • Warranty claims processed through manufacturer or VisionTech

7. Exclusions

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Software with broken seals (unless faulty)
  • Items returned after 14-day period (unless faulty)

8. Digital Products

  • No right to cancel once download has started
  • Refunds available if product is faulty
  • Must report faults within reasonable time
