Observation:
1. For best performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing the COLMI Ring on your index finger. If you prefer other fingers, the middle and ring fingers are also acceptable. Avoid using fingers narrower than the knuckles at the base.
2. The size of COLMI rings may not completely conform to universal standards. Please measure the circumference of your finger before purchasing and make sure it fits comfortably, then choose the appropriate size.
3. How to get started: Charge the COLMI Ring with the included charging cable. The heart rate light will turn on to indicate successful startup. Then you can use the Qring APP to connect the COLMI Ring.
